Facilities

Students have access to the two MBA Computer Laboratory which are equipped with state-of-the art computers, printers, and software. The Computer Laboratory has a high-speed connection to the Internet. Equipment and software are updated regularly. Adjacent to the lab there is a lounge where tea is taken by both faculty and students, facilitating communication outside of the classroom.

Three MBA Lecture Rooms -  all of which are fully air-conditioned and can seat up to 40 students. They are equipped with computer and multimedia technology used by MBA lecturers to enhance their teaching effectiveness.

Students have full access to the University Library. The University Library contains 750,000 volumes, classified according to Library of Congress and over 14,000 periodical titles. The stock includes a separate collection of material relating to the South Pacific, named The Pacific Collection. The USP Library uses an online catalogue, which is conveniently accessed through intranets. It subscribes to a number of electronic indexes and databases of which two - Emerald and ProQuest - are particularly useful to MBA students, providing access to hundreds of business management related periodicals.

The University Recreation Centre houses a gymnasium, two tennis courts, squash courts and a swimming pool. The campus also has facilities for other sports such as netball, rugby and soccer.

Other student services at USP include banking facilities, counseling and career guidance, medical facilities, postal services, a restaurant and a mini-market.

The USP campus is considered to be one of the most beautiful in the world - a distinguished institution of higher learning amidst a paradise-like tropical garden.
