The School of Tourism & Hospitality Management offers the following programmes at Undergraduate level:

Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel Management (BCOM-HM)
To provide the specialist training required for running a hotel in a competitive international market environment.  Graduates will have the academic and practical skills to enter the hotel industry as trainee graduate managers and begin to develop as skilled entry level management staff.  This is a four-year degree which will include a one year practical internship in a hotel.  It will consist of 24 courses, some of which are available in distant and flexible learning (DFL) mode.

Bachelor of Arts in Tourism and Hospitality (BA-TH)
To enable students to acquire the knowledge and skills to contribute to the study, assessment and sustainable management of tourism and hospitality within the region.

Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Studies (BA)
Possible double majors or double minors
Hospitality, Management and Public Administration, Industrial Relations, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Sociology, Journalism, Marine Studies, Geography, Land Management, Environmental Studies, Information Technology, Law.
