The purpose of the USP Volunteer Scheme is three-fold;
To reactivate the USP Volunteer Scheme in line with its intent as stated in the USP Strategic Plan under Priority Area 2 Student Support.
To engage in discussions with both internal and external stakeholders with regards to getting the USP Volunteer Scheme back in operation beginning from 2010.
To prepare for the first volunteer work groups for the coming semester break beginning June 26 – July 16, 2010.
