New Chief Advisor for ICT Capacity Building Project

The Project welcomes Mr. Hiroshi Kuroiwa to the Project. Mr. Kuroiwa succeeds Prof. Fujinobu Takahashi as Chief Advisor and Computing Science expert for the Project. Before commencing with the Project, Mr. Kuroiwa was previously employed in the Department of National Institute of Information and Communication Technology (NICT), formally the Communications Research Laboratory (CRL).

Mr. Kuroiwa will be with the Project for one year from August 17th 2004.
