PTC Conference 2005

The PTC (Pacific Telecommuniations Council) 2005 Conference was held in Hawaii from 16 - 19 January 2005, with the theme of "Broadband and Content". Dr. Esther Williams and Ms. Maki Kato attended and made the following two presentations at the Conference:
