Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC) Meeting

The 3rd meeting of the Project
Joint Coordinating Committee was held on
Thursday 4th November, 2004 at USP.
In the final year running
of the project, progress activities were
reported and plans for the remaining period
were reviewed.
Some of the plans discussed
by the committee included:
End of Project Conference to share outputs and results;
Continued Dispatch of short-term experts to USP for assistance in the three main components;
Sending of USP counterparts for training in Japan.
Assist in the development of 2 more elearning courses for USP in addition to one existing elearning course at USP.
Fund 2 - 3 more researches under the ICT Research and Training component of the Project.
Regional Seminar on ICT Education in Secondary Schools.
Key stakeholders attended the meeting including Government representatives, USP counterparts and JICA officials.
