Theatre Arts is an exciting new initiative offered through the Department of Literature and Language. The series of courses are intended to provide students with a broad background in the subject, exploring the critical, theoretical, and historical study of drama as expressed through a variety of performance media.

Following the principle, however, that the best way to learn about anything is to do it, the Theatre Arts courses take a practical participatory approach. Designed to develop the individual’s confidence and explore his or her creativity, these courses provide opportunities for public performance through a series of productions using the media of live theatre, video and radio.
