Establishment of service fiji centres in fiji

Background

The University of the South Pacific through the Pacific Islands Centre for Public Administration (PICPA) is working in partnership with the Government of Fiji to establish Service Fiji Centres (SFC) in cities and townships throughout Fiji. PICPA is a capacity building Centre, funded by AusAID, which provides advice to Pacific Island governments on issues of public administration.

PICPA is therefore seeking the services of a consultant with expertise in One Stop Shops/Single Window Services where a number of public services are delivered to individual members of the public at a single location.
