A Resolution in accordance with the Government Borrowing Act 1985, as amended, to approve the raising of a loan of up to $40,000,000 through the issuance of Republic of the Marshall Islands General Revenue Bonds

To provide for the acceptance and approval of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969, as amended; and the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1987, as amended (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Conventions").
