Appointments and Referrals

Staff and Students

All members of staff and current registered students from across the region can request for an appointment by one of the following methods:

  1. accessing the counselling portal on their STUDENT SOLS account or STAFF SOLS account
  2. contacting the Counselling Centre [Refer to Contact Us]
  3. visiting the Counselling Centre in-person [Refer to Operating Hours]

The Secretary will note your request and liaise with you on your preferred contact method to finalise your appointment date and time. We endeavour to offer you an appointment slot within 1-2 weeks of your request date. Depending on your location, your appointment may take place in-person, online or a combination of both.

Referring a Student or Member of staff

 University Staff, Sections, Schools and Campuses may refer students or members of staff for Counselling Services, provided they consent to the referral. A referral request can be submitted by:

  1. filling out the referral form online [Link to form]

  3. visiting the Counselling Centre in-person [Refer to Operating Hours]

The Secretary will note the request and contact the student or member of staff to organise their appointment.
