Biography

Barnabas Sahayam is a Learning Experience Designer at the Centre for Flexible Learning (CFL). He has 20 years of extensive experience in higher education, serving as a Facilitator, Education Technologist, and Learning Experience Designer. His work involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality print, blended and online courses using innovative learning technologies.

Barnabas holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Post Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Teaching, Information Technology (Information Systems) and Renewable Energy, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Information Systems. He has also attained a Certificate in Applying the Quality Matter Rubric and a Certificate in Peer Reviewer Course from Quality Matters (QM), USA. His interests are in the areas of learning experience design, STEM Education and online learning technologies.
