An academic at the University of the South Pacific for 20 + years in the area of Physical Chemistry. Obtained my Doctor of Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokodai) now renamed as Institute of Science Tokyo, Japan. Research expertise is in polymer physics, physical Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry and Polymer Engineering where new materials are developed and designed using soft materials (plastics) for medical and pharmaceutical applications.
