Wayne earned an undergraduate honors degree in Civil Engineering from INTI International University, Malaysia, and a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Auckland. He has industry training as a structural engineer and is dedicated to investing in the education of the next generation of Fiji’s civil engineers.
