Naohiro Nakamura is a human geographer, originally from Japan and studied in Canada. He joined the USP in 2014.

Undergraduate Courses:
Normally teaching GE207 (Urban Well-Being), also teaching various GE, GS, and EV units, depending on the teaching allocation of each year

Postgraduate Course:
Normally teaching GE403 (Research Methods in Geography), also teaching various GE and EV units, depending on teaching allocation of each year

Social and cultural geographies, topics including indigenous cultural representation, indigenous research methods, indigenous knowledge, responses to climate change impact, health, gender, and disaster management.
