Bio
Ms Anuleshni Neelta joined USP in August 2011 as a Lecturer. Anuleshni has taught at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, namely Law Clinic, Contracts Law and the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice programme.
Anuleshni Neelta is a pioneering graduate from the School of Law, USP, and has some 15 years of experience as a legal practitioner. She was admitted to the Fiji High Court Bar in 1998. She has worked in both Private sector and as well as Government Statutory Sector and areas of practice includes: General Civil Litigation Transport Law Banking Commercial Law Business Services Commercial Litigation Dispute Resolution Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Medical Negligence Family Law Wills, Probate Estate and Conveyance. Anuleshni worked a Junior Associate with the law firm of Parshotam & Co, as Manager Legal at the Land Transport Authority, Assistant Manager Legal with NBF ( Asset) Management Bank, Senior Associate with the Law firm of Sherani & Co. She was also Principal of her law firm Neelta Law for three years before joining USP.
Anuleshni Neelta has taught as Sessional Lecturer at Campus Group (Fiji) Limited – Branch of Central Queensland University International Campus in the areas of Contract Law, Company and Association Law and Commercial Law.
