Warm Pacific Greetings and welcome to USP Law! 

USP Law has a proud tradition of world-class teaching and scholarship in the Pacific Island Region and beyond. Since its inception, USP Law has strived to carry out our mandate of providing quality legal education and research. We are proud to have earned regional and international reputation for academic rigor and professionalism. 

USP Law offers pre-degree, undergraduate, professional legal training and postgraduate programmes which focus on the laws and legal systems of the South Pacific region. Our relevant and challenging curriculum prepares students to thrive and develop unique connections and insights on contemporary and emerging fields, such as regional and international environmental law and policy, human rights, international law of the sea, international criminal law, climate change, intellectual property law and current developments in Pacific law. Our programmes equip students with the knowledge and practical skills that they need to succeed in the workforce. Our USP Law alumni, who have become leaders in the Pacific region and internationally, are a testament to the success of our programmes.

USP Law is proud to host an engaged, diverse and inclusive community.  Its programmes are offered in face to face mode at Emalus Campus in Port-Vila, Vanuatu and at Statham Campus in Suva, Fiji and online mode for our regional and international students. USP Law students are based in our 12 USP member countries (Cook Islands, Fiji, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu) as well as the Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United States of America.
