Mr. Sandeep Reddy attained his Bachelors in Engineering Technology degree and Masters of Science in Engineering degree from the University of the South Pacific. His Masters research focused on the Assessment of Ocean Energy Resources in Pacific Island Countries which included Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati and Tonga. Prior to joining U.S.P. as a Teaching Assistant, Sandeep was employed at the Secretariat of the Pacific Community in the Geoscience, Energy and Maritime Division.

At present, Sandeep is actively pursuing research in design optimization of oscillating water column devices for wave energy conversion.
