Bio
Julian, prior to joining the School of Social Sciences at the University of the South Pacific, worked for many years with the Fiji Police Force serving in the following policing areas: General Law Enforcement, Maritime Enquiries, Drugs Unit, Community Policing, Crime Scene and Fingerprint Analysis under the Criminal Investigations Department, Research & Strategic Planning Unit, HR Policy Analyst, and Internal Affairs Unit and most recently managed the Fiji Police Welfare Insurance Scheme.

Julian is currently working in collaboration with Mr. Soro Ramacake on a Routledge Book Chapter – The Psychological Wellbeing of Fiji Police Officers
