Applications for the 2026 intake will open on July 1, 2025, and close on October 31, 2025.

Prospective students must meet the following criteria:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration: A level 6 Diploma from a recognized institution with and at least five years of significant work experience in an executive or professional position involving considerable authority and decision making.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA): A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution plus at least three years of work in an executive of professional position involving considerable authority and decision making.
  • Doctor of Business Administration (DBA): A Master’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA, along with experience in business or a related field and significant professional experience.

Prospective students must submit their applications online through the USP Admissions Portal (https://enrol.usp.ac.fj/) or in person at the Graduate School of Business Office or Student Admiration centers in the regional campuses.

Required Documents:

  • Birth Certificate.
  • 2 passport photos.
  • Certified copies of academic transcripts and certificates.
  • Recent and updated CV detailing work experience. Refer to the recommended CV template.
  • 2 written reference letters from employers. These reference letters should reflect supervisory experiences.

The Admissions Committee evaluates each application based on academic qualifications, work experience and overall suitability for the programme.

Successful applicants are then invited to the next steps to admission.

All successful applicants will be required to sit an entrance exam termed the Graduate School of Business Management Admission Test (GSBAT). The test is designed to assess analytical, quantitative, and verbal skills. After successfully passing the GSBAT, students will be invited for an interview which is the final stage of the admissions process.

Test Process:

  • Applicants will receive a provisional admission letter with login details.
  • The test is conducted online via Moodle and must be taken on campus.
  • The Admissions Committee reviews the results.

Interview Process

  • Applicants will receive an invitation and the interview details via email.
  • It will be a mandatory interview of 10 minutes.

Successful applicants will then be invited to attend an orientation where they will be briefed on important student matters and be issued their offer letters.

  • Programme acceptance
  • Password
