- Academic Research (PhD). Citizenship education in Small Island States: Exploring values for good citizenship in the Solomon Islands (2013 – 2014), University of the South Pacific, Suva, Fiji.
- Community Leadership Project (2010 – 2013) coordinated by Leadership Solomons, Pasifika, Honiara, Solomon Islands funded by Pacific Leadership Programm (PLP) and the Global Leadership movement.

Consultancies - Temotu Literacy & Leadership pilot project - Solomon Islands 2014 – 2016. A joint consultancy pilot project between the Institute of Education, USP and Auckland University, New Zealand on Literacy and Leadership in primary schools in Temotu Province, Solomon Islands.
- School Leadership Development project – Solomon Islands (2014 – 2017). A project funded by the Solomon Islands and facilitate by the Institute of Education, USP to train all school leaders in ECE, Primary, Secondary, TVET schools.
