Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations of registrations must be made in writing to the ODN Secretariat, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of the South Pacific, Private Mail Bag, Laucala Campus, Suva, Fiji Islands. This can be done by emailing to gdn-odn(at)usp.ac.fj or by fax or mail to the address given above.
Refunds will apply to cancellations made before 5 July 2012. There will be a deduction of 60.00FJD administrative. No refunds will be made after 5 July 2012 for non-attendance at this conference. If you are unable to attend, substitute delegates are welcome. Please advice and confirm with the ODN Secretariat about any transfers in writing by email, fax, or mail.
Registration fees will be partially refunded by manual methods and NOT through online methods. The payment method for the partial refund of registration fees may involve use of bank drafts/ bank cheque and telegraphic transfers/ direct deposits. In the case that refunds are made, the ODN Secretariat will contact the recipients of refunds to clarify on the refund procedure being used.
The data collected on this form is for the purpose of registration for the 2012 ODN Biennial Conference on “Urbanisation in the Pacific: Trends, Characteristics and Challenges” and other matters related to this conference. This information will not be used for purposes that do not relate to this conference.
