Swimming classes

Swimming is an all round exercise. It benefits both the body and the mind.

Apart from  increasing muscle strength and toning all the muscles in the body, it also clears the mind. Swimming is not like other types of exercises or sports that only focus on a particular part of the body.

With swimming, you can work out thoroughly without having to worry about a possible injury. That explains why so many athletes use swimming as part of their workout programme.

Swimming also conditions your cardiovascular system. It can assist as a stress reliever as it lets more oxygen flow into your muscles.

It is also meditative in nature, as you need to focus on the rhythm of your strokes and regulate your breathing.
