Stress is a fact of life as some sources of stress are unavoidable. Understanding stress is the first step to managing it more positively. Everyone has an individually unique response to stress, however some stress management strategies are universally effective. By learning to apply them, you can minimize stress by choosing techniques that suit you and your life style.

This awareness session will introduce you to:

• Useful information on recognising signs and symptoms of stress

• Highly effective ways of dealing with stress

• Practical tools to instantly manage your stress at work and/or at home
