Glo-Bus Game - Graduate School of Business
A business simulation game, Glo-Bus, is used in MBA capstone course, Strategic Management.
GLO-BUS is an online exercise where teams of students put strategy and decision-making skills to the test as they develop business plans and compete against each other for market share. Each week, GLO-BUS lists the top 100 Global Performers in four categories: overall score, earnings per share, return on equity and stock price.
The Graduate School of Business has introduced the GLO-BUS interactive business simulation to allow our students to apply their learning from core courses. Participation in the GLO-BUS simulation is an essential component of the course that supports practical learning application of concepts because it provides instant feedback of the outcomes of their strategic decisions.
With GLO-BUS, students do not have to wait to learn how their strategic decision-making is impacting real world results. Students participate in this simulation for 10 weeks and compete with thousands of MBA students from many of the leading business schools.
The University's Strategic Management course (MBA440) at the Graduate School of Business has earned Global top 100 ranking in GLO-BUS, a business simulation game in Fiji in year 2019 and in Vanuatu in 2020.
