USP Lautoka Student Is An Online Survey Prize Winner

A USP Lautoka Campus student was one of the lucky prize winners drawn for participating in an online survey conducted by the university’s Center for Flexible Learning (CFL) during semester 2, 2018.

Sandhya Shivanjini, a first year Bachelor of Commerce student at the Lautoka Campus, won herself a 1TB External Hard Drive for dedicating less than 15 minutes of her time on the survey on Technology Use and Access at USP.
While presenting the prize on 17th April, 2019 Lautoka Campus Director Dr. Pramila Devi congratulated and thanked the student for her efforts and contribution towards the survey.

Commenting on her experience, the student said the survey was well structured, making it quite easy and convenient for the participants.  “I enjoyed taking the survey and will definitely encourage other students to attempt it in future as it is really worth our time and effort,” said Shivanjini.

Though Shivanjini participated in several other online surveys conducted by USP previously, this was the first time she won a prize for her efforts.

This survey is conducted annually as part of a research project undertaken by CFL in its endeavor to “better engage students in the learning process, improve IT services, plan for technology shifts that impact students, and become more technologically competitive among US institutions”.
