The Journal of South Pacific Law (JSPL) seeks contributors to its 2016 volume.

The JSPL is published by the University of the South Pacific (USP) School of Law. As part of USP’s wider mission, the journal publishes original material on any aspect of law in the South Pacific; this includes not only the USP countries, but also Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, as well as those jurisdictions aligned with France and the United States.

The JSPL draws from a wide range of contributors (academics, practitioners, students, etc) and texts and is made freely available to readers and researchers online. It publishes the following:

•    Articles (of no more than 10,000 words)
•    Comments and Chronicles (of no more than 6,000 words)
•    Case Notes and Reviews (of no more than 3,000 words)
•    Technical Papers, Conference Papers, and Student Papers

All submissions are peer reviewed and should follow the Style Guide on the JSPL home page at Previous volumes are also available there.

The deadline for submissions to be published in the 2016 volume is 31 July 2016.
