CALL FOR PAPERS FOR PUBLICATION : 2017 ISSUES JOURNAL OF PACIFIC STUDIES (JPacS)
The Journal of Pacific Studies welcomes scholarly articles on a wide range of Pacific Studies topics including, but not limited to those reached by the disciplines of Accounting and Financial Management, Banking Studies, Business Studies, Marketing, International Business, Development Studies, Economics, Geography, History, Labour and Industrial Relations, Land Management and Development, Management, Marketing, International Business, Human Resource Management, Public Sector Management, Marine Affairs, Political Studies, Populations Studies, Public Administration, Social Policy, Sociology and Tourism Studies. Manuscripts should not exceed 8,000 words (about 30-35 pages including notes).
The Journal of Pacific Studies (JPacS) is a peer reviewed academic journal published by Faculty of Business and Economics. It provides a forum for academics as well as practitioners to put forth their thoughts, experiences (including case studies), and research findings together with policy options. It encourages debates on the published papers. We are pleased to extend an invitation to all of you to submit your papers through e-mail to the Editor–in–Chief, Professor Arvind Patel (arvind.patel(at)usp.ac.fj) or to the Publications Officer (Vacant) or to the Editor, Dr. Gurmeet Singh (singh_g(at)usp.ac.fj).
The manuscripts should be prepared using MS Word software with Times New Roman font, size 12, and double space 1.5 inch margin on all the sides on A4 normal size paper. The cover page should have the title of the paper, author(s) name(s), their affiliation, contact address (es), Email and phone no(s). The paper should have an executive summary (abstract) of not more than 200 words. The names of the authors(s) should not be used anywhere in the paper. References, Figure, Tables etc should be put at the end of the paper. References should be in standard APA style. All the submissions shall be electronically acknowledged and the decision of the editorial team based on reports of referees shall be communicated to the authors.
