Printing & Photocopying

Photocopying

Staff and students should create a photocopy account and obtain a PIN from the library in order to operate the library photocopiers. Prepayment is required. When the account is empty, simply pay for additional pages at the cashier and bring your receipt to the library where your account will be credited. Staff can create an account directly at the library and your appropriate department will be invoiced.

Only black/white photocopies are available at the library. The cost of photocopying is 10 vatu/page.

Printing

USP students may send their print jobs to the library public printer. Printing is paid for via each student's Papercut account, which is set up by ITS and topped up by the Finance Office. The library cannot top up your Papercut account. The default print setting is to black/white.

Printing costs are:

  • Black/white: 10 vatu/page
  • Colour: 50 vatu/page
