          I Would Like to Resume my Studies

Note: USP changed the resumption of studies procedures from Semester I 2016 and students are asked to read the information below and action accordingly.

 (a) Student last registered at USP in Semester II 2015 or Trimester II 2016 and thereafter in an undergraduate or post graduate programme by coursework and wish to resume studies in the same programme are required to send and expression of interest through

(b) Student will need to reapply for admission online at if they:

  • were last registered prior to Semester II 2015 or Trimester I 2016 
  • wish to apply for admission in a new and/or higher undergraduate or postgraduate programme

Points to Note

Before you proceed with your Online application, please check that you have the following:

Required Documentation

  • Birth Certificate / Passport Biodata page
  • Marriage Certificate / Deed of Poll (If Applicable)
  • Secondary/High School Results
  • Tertiary Certificates and Transcripts
  • Work Reference (If Applicable)
  • CV/Resume (If Applicable)
  • Statement of Research Intent or Draft Thesis Proposal  - (Master and PhD Research only)
  • Official Confirmation Letter indicating a minimum of 3 years teaching experience (Bachelor of Education (Primary applicants)

Additional points to note

  • you meet the admission criteria for the program for which you are applying for
  • your qualifications (formal and non-formal) and work experience are clearly stated (if applicable)
  • you have included all the certified documentary evidence required to support your application
  • you have clearly indicated your correct postal and telephone contact details so that you can be advised promptly of the outcome of your application.
