Bio: I have a background in teaching mathematics and physics as well as leadership experience in secondary schools. My special interest areas are investigating students’ attitude and the role of technology in teaching and learning of mathematics; educational leadership and its relation to students’ performance.
I have worked as a researcher and led research projects at tertiary levels. I am a mixed methods researcher with keen interest in evaluating impact of educational programmes using randomised/ non-randomised methods.

  • Review of Professional development and learning program for school leaders to improve learning outcomes for students.
