This library is one of the University of the South Pacific’s 21 libraries. This page provides details of the services and facilities available.
Situated in the Learning Village area opposite the Airstrip on the sea side there are two sections in the library, one for academic members and the other for community members.
In the academic area we have seven PCs, additional study spaces and more than more than 3000 items including Reference and Reserve collections. In the Community area there is seating in the different sections e.g. children’s corner. The collection ranges from Pre-school level to Senior Level, young adult and adult fiction areas as well as Reference, Non-fiction and ASN. In the middle of the library are the Nauru and Pacific Collections with magazines and periodicals shelved in the community area.
Community members cannot borrow USP books and USP members can only borrow community books once they have paid the membership fee.
