USP offers unique multicultural and campus experience like no other. The overall student experience will provide you with vast opportunities to study overseas though the university student exchange programme. You will be able to access state of the art facilities like the USP library, gym, sports facilities including basketball courts, rugby sports fields and its very own swimming pool in addition to high standard health facilities. The University also provides work placements and internships to students and has a number of active student groups that you can be part of. Living out of home for University can be an enjoyable experience whether you live on student accommodation on-campus, or shared housing off-campus.  The University will help you find the right accommodation. It is also a great way to learn to live self-sufficiently and to connect with other students from the region and worldwide. When it comes to searching for accommodation every semester, you need not to worry, USP has an online portal to specially address every student’s accommodation needs. 
A reform that involves exciting prospects for innovation and improved interdisciplinary programmes and engaging new research collaborations for our students is underway and USP has this year reorganised its faculties into academic units comprising of six schools, colleges and teaching units within institutes and centres to better meet these needs. The academic units are led by Heads of Schools/Heads of Colleges. The eight academic units are:

Studying at the University of the South Pacific is never dull as there is always something for you to do. We have a number of events that are organised every year to allow students opportunities to share their cultural knowledge and to showcase their talents in songs, dances, film productions, theatre, arts etc. There are markets days, USP Open Day, professional workshops and training, orientation fair, career expos - the University is always bursting with activities.
