Change Of Student Personal Details

A “Change of Student Personal Details Request” is an official procedure facilitated by Student Administrative Services at USP, enabling students to revise or amend their registered personal information. This request encompasses a range of alterations, such as:

  1. Name
  2. Postal Address
  3. Email address
  4. Telephone number
  5. Nationality

A student can update their Name and Postal Address and Nationality by completing the Change of personal details form.

Change of Name and Nationality

If you request to revise or amend your name on Student Online Services (SOLS) it is necessary to submit your request form along with the requisite supporting documents, such as a birth certificate or marriage certificate. In the case of document copies, ensure that these copies bear proper certification from a Justice of the Peace, a Commissioner of Declarations, or USP Student Service Centre personnel.

Change of email address and telephone number

A student can update their personal email address and telephone number through the Student Online Services (SOLS).
