Course Description

The Course Description is a document compiled by Student Administrative Services that provides the detail of all subjects that a student has undertaken in their degree program. The details are the subject description from the USP Calendar of the year the subject was completed and may also include: contact hours, prescribed textbook, course coordinator and other information.

Students applying for entry or credit transfer to overseas higher education institutions are often required to provide course descriptions with their applications.

To apply for your course description you must fill the Request for Course Description form and submit it with payment to your local USP campus. Course descriptions are usually processed in 15 working days but may take longer if the courses were undertaken more than 5 years ago, or included a “special topic”.

For the current cost of a course description, please see the USP Fee Schedule.
