How do l apply?

You must submit an application even if you do not wish to attend a graduation ceremony.   Applications are made online via SOLS.  If you are unable to access your SOLS account than you are required to complete and submit a form “Application for completion of programme“ before the deadline.

When do l apply?

Each graduation ceremonies has specific time frames during which applications can be made.  Once applications have opened for the ceremony you wish to apply for, log into SOLs and lodge your application.

If you have financial arrears with the University  you cannot apply for completion of programme.
