Tonga Campus Graduation – 5 October 2023

Applications for Completion of Programme/Graduation for the next Tonga Campus Graduation scheduled for Friday, 5 October 2023 is now open.

The following Tongan students, or students of other nationalities studying at Tonga Campus are required to apply now for graduation:

• Students who are completing their programme in Semester 1 2023,
• Students who are completed or are completing their programme in Trimester 1 or Trimester 2 2023,
• Students who will be completing their programme during the 2023 Winter Flexi-School term, and
• Any student who has completed their programme in an earlier semester/trimester and has not graduated. 

The closing date for applications is Friday, 31 August 2023.     

Applications cannot be submitted online through your (student) SOLS account therefore you are required to fill in and submit a hard copy of the Completion of Programme application form at the Student Administrative Services office at your campus. For the application form, go to:

Do not wait for your results to be released! You must apply before the closing date. Late applications will not be accepted.

There are number of checks that need to be carried out and a number of reports that need downloaded before the final grades come out which is why we require potential graduands to apply by Friday, 31 August 2023.

Once You Have Applied

Students should ensure that all their pending issues are sorted by Friday, 15 September 2023 which is the last day to assess pending applications.

Your application will be deemed unsuccessful if the following issues are not sorted by the aforementioned date:

1. Your courses are not properly registered and your tuition fees have not been cleared,
2. You have HOLDS (that is a block against your student account for outstanding fees, discipline issues, etc.),
3. Written approvals for any waiver/substitution of courses from your Head of School have not been submitted to Student Administrative Services for processing,
4. Your pending/outstanding grades and practicum results have not been submitted to  Student Administrative Services for updating,
5. The completed paperwork for your thesis (Master, PhD), endorsed by the Director Research, needs to be submitted to Student Administrative Services by your School / Section for processing.

Lastly, please note that all correspondence on your application will be sent to your student email account. For non-registered students, ensure that your personal email address is with SAS.
