A 5-day Training of Trainers (T&T) program, including potential Government and SOE trainers, was conducted last week. The program is part of a collaborative effort between the RMI USP and the RMI Government to establish an Induction/onboarding program focused on work ethics, employment relations and customer service. The training outline and manual are being developed for the RMI Public Service Commission with the support of the National Training Council and the World Bank-funded ESSP program.
The training outline, which is made up of 11 modules, was presented to all the RMI Head of Departments on Wednesday, the 5th of March, and the T&T is to prepare a pool of trainers before the program is rolled out by the RMI PSC in the RMI. Consultant Verleshwar Singh, will return in May to facilitate the Induction program’s piloting and evaluate trainers conducting the training with him.
