The Ministry of Health reports that HIV cases in Fiji have risen from 0.7 to 7 per 100.000 people in the last 25 years. With the rise in HIV cases in the country students in universities are also vulnerable to the disease. One USP student has opened up about his experience with HIV and hopes that other students in the same boat won’t be discouraged but rather seek proper help. Jean-Marc ‘Ake brings you this story.
