The University of the South Pacific is aware of the disturbing effect of COVID-19 on students, and would like to encourage you to contact us if you are facing any problems within your courses, including access to your resources, and adequate support from your teaching staff. We will do whatever we can to resolve the query before it affects your studies.

If we are unable to resolve your query in this way, the University has a clear Student Grievance Policy and Procedures in place to provide a fair and timely resolution. Students may raise a grievance or appeal a grievance decision as provided for in the Student Grievance Policy, for any matter(s) not listed under the USP Student Grievance Policy Exclusions Clause.
