Asenaca was appointed to the role in March 2019.
Prior to joining USP, Asenaca worked at the Fiji Ministry of iTaukei Affairs in various roles for almost 9 years which ranged from administrative services to managerial level primarily around Monitoring and Evaluation. She has also worked with the Asian Development Bank. The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer provides support to the DCU and Office of the Vice-Chancellor & President on monitoring and evaluation of all donor funded projects and programmes at USP.

The M&E Officer also coordinates the search and dissemination of information regarding funding and grant opportunities to internal stakeholders and further assists with proposal development, review and submissions. The role also provides direct support to the Manager Development in relation to projects management and reporting.

Asenaca hold a Bachelor of Arts from USP and Masters in Public Administration from Seoul National University
