This three-day event brings together Fiji’s leading companies and organisations, providing students with a unique opportunity to explore the workforce and gain insight into potential career paths.
USP is committed to equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and professional connections necessary for a successful transition from university life to the workforce.
Officiating at the launch, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Education), Professor Jito Vanualailai, highlighted the importance of the event.

Final-year student Marianne Williams, who visited several booths at the Fair said the event provides invaluable guidance for life after graduation:
“I spoke to organisations I hope to join in the future and learned what they look for when assessing candidates. This holistic approach, linking students directly to the workforce, is exactly what we need to ensure a smooth transition from university to employment.”
