Certificate in Human Resource Management (Level 4)
This qualification is nationally accredited to the Fiji Qualifications Framework (FQF) by the Fiji Higher Education Commission (FHEC), and is also registered on the Pacific Register of Qualifications and Standards (PRQS).
This programme reflects the role of individuals working in a variety of roles within the Human Resources services that have a sound theoretical and practical knowledge in human resources management and demonstrate a range of professional skills to ensure that human resources functions and services are effectively conducted in an organization or business setting.

Length of Programme
Full Time: 1 year
Part Time: 1.5 years
To be admitted to this programme, a person shall have:
i. Must be 18 years and over and a pass in form 6/year 12 with English; or
ii. Two years relevant work experience foriii. Meet the University mature student admission criteria.
