The University of the South Pacific has acquired Self Service Banner (SSB) for the following, which will bring with it new capabilities that will empower students and staff with new functions and thus new experiences.

  • Student /Student Registration Self Services
  • Faculty and Advisor Self Services
  • Finance Self Service
  • Employees Self Service
  • General Self Service

At present, the workstreams (Student, Finance, Employees, ITS) are working concurrently in development, to learn and setup the systems before it is carted into production in the second part of 2024.


  • All USP Staff will be automatically be enrolled to use Self Service Employees.
  • All USP Students will be automatically enrolled to use Self Service Student/Student Registration
