Important Information for Students

Admissions

All resuming and continuing students must ensure that they are already admitted to the relevant programme 15 working days prior to commencement of the course in order to register for a flexi-school course, otherwise they must submit an application for admission to SAS

Registration

• Register online via SOLS: https://www.usp.ac.fj/student-online-services/
• Deadline for flexi-school registration is on the first day of class for the course
• Students should have met all the academic regulations (75% progressions rule, pre-requisites, regulations on University courses, etc.) requirements when registering for a flexi school course
• Students cannot normally register in more than one flexi-school course in the same term
• Sponsored students are to seek approval from their sponsors
• All HOLDS or outstanding fees must be cleared before the start of flexi-school

Note:  

AAGO is unavailable during Flexi-School Terms.

Fee Payment

• Payments to be made by the commencement of the Flexi-School course
• Students who have not paid fees by the 5^th day of classes will be deregistered
• Head of School, Centre or College must inform students of their deregistration
• Invoices will be available online for Laucala campus students and manually for regional campuses.

Withdrawal of a Flexi-School Course

• Students may withdraw manually by completing the Course Withdrawal Form available from www.usp.ac.fj/forms or SAS Office in the respective campuses.
• Withdrawal without charge is due on the 5th working day from commencement of a flexi- school. Any withdrawal thereafter shall be liable for full fees.
