Standard Student Accommodation – Halls of Residence
The 10th and 11th Halls of Residence are available at FJ$2475 per semester or at a daily rate.

Premium Accommodation – Waqavuka Flats and Lodges
These accommodations are available to all International students. The Waqavuka flats are offered at USD 3,700 ($200 refundable deposit) per semester or at a daily rate.

Off Campus
Off-campus accommodation is available at all campuses. Students are advised to contact staff at the campus they will be studying to assist with finding suitable off-campus accommodation. At the Laucala campus in Fiji, there are many flats and apartments that are rented to international students. These may be semi or fully furnished and rates will depend on the level of furnishing. Students coming to study at the Laucala campus in Fiji can have a look at available off campus housing in our database.
Homestay
USP International gives you the chance to share in the day to day experiences with a host family here in Suva, Fiji. Every family has a different way of doing things, and these maybe different from the way you do them at home.
