Investment Requirements (New & Existing Applications)
a. Either of these ID’s; joint card, voter card, passport, driving license.
b. Investment Application Form – new accounts $100 start up & existing members $100 top up
c. If possible to complete all sections 1 – 5 and to sign at the back of the form.

d. joint account then we will need valid photo ID for both unitholders. As for minor account we will need ID for adult and birth certificate for the child below the age of 18 yrs.
