Conferencing Etiquette

Conferencing Etiquette

For any online conferencing service, there are a few tips on ensuring you get the best experience from your session. Here are some simple guidelines:

  • Testing - Run a test for the service prior to your meeting schedule. This ensures you have appropriate internet connectivity and hardware settings are correct.
  • Environment - Ensure your surroundings have sufficient lighting and background noise is minimal; a private room is highly recommended.
  • Clarity - Speak clearly and listen patiently; understand that you must provide time for other participants to communicate successfully.
