Nauru Campus participated during Nauru’s Public Service Day, joining the Public Service with a one-stop Information Booth in September. The event was held at the Sports Stadium Complex. The Nauru Public Service day is an annual event.
The USP Information Booth received a large number of visitors, including His Excellency President Lionel Aingimea, M.P., President of Nauru and Minister for Education. President Aingimea is also the current Chancellor of the University of the South Pacific.
On day two of the event, USP alumni took part in the marching parade to the Nauru Government Head Office in Yaren District.
