This modern “state of the art” student accommodation complex namely 10th and 11th Halls comprises 14 buildings that accommodates 336 students.

USP has some buildings  for males and some for females only.

Each of the 14 buildings has 3 floors of accommodation. Each floor consist of  8 bedroom multi-share apartment and has its own bathrooms, toilets, washing machine and cooking facilities. Each apartment of 8 bedrooms also has a lounge/dining room with TV facilities as well as a balcony. The apartments are designed with generous common spaces to foster intellectual and social interaction for lasting friendships, academic stimulation and of course, fun.

All bedrooms are single types, fully furnished and lockable. Residents will live in an 8 bedroom multi-share apartment on each floor.  The rooms are secure and the largest in any USP campus student accommodation.  Each bedroom has a study desk, chair, fan, storage space and a comfortable bed. Bed sheets and pillows will be provided.

Each 8 bedroom multi-share apartment contains its own kitchenette equipped with electric cook tops, refrigerator and microwave. Students need to provide their own cooking utensils, pans, cutlery and crockery. Dining Table, chairs, couches and a TV are also provided in each apartment/floor.

The single room rate for 10th Hall is $FJD 2,362 per semester plus $FJD 526 for the mid-year break.
The single room rate for 11th Hall is $FJD 2,475 per semester plus $FJD 550 for the mid-year break.
