Cardio Abs

  • Monday & Thursday
  • What is it? This dynamic class offers a low impact but high intensity
  • workout. The cardio interval workout keeps your heart rate up and your calorie burn high, meaning that you get to tone your muscles and burn fat all in one workout!!
  • Where is it? USP Fitness Centre: Monday /Thursday nights 6:00pm
  • What do I need? A towel and a water bottle – plus, some attitude!
  • How long will it take? 45 – 60 minutes including stretching
  • Cost: Free to Fitness Centre (FC) members! ;$5.00 for non members

 

Zumba

Dance your way into shape and fitness with Zumba.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your ZUMBA instructor will lead you through a series of moves from a range of dances, to a series of different music tracks.
